JSC "MULK-SARMOYA BROKERLIK UYI" was registered by the Inspectorate for Registration of Business Entities of Mirabad district on 16.06.2014 No. 3-000640 (Previously registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 19.08.1994 for No. 299).

JSC "MULK-SARMOYA BROKERLIK UYI" (formerly JSC "VAQT" MILLIY DEPOZITARIY") is the first and largest depository on the securities market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, established in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08.06.1994 No. 285.

Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the activities of Depositories in the securities market" No. 672-1 of August 29, 1998, a two-tier depository system was established in the Republic and in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 263 of 21.05.1999 "On the organization and activities of the Central Securities Depository"National Depository "VAQT" in November In 1999, it was reorganized into a second-level depository.
